凱威精密科技成立於2016年，致力於提供半導體產業精密加工與設計的創新服務。公司專精於微鑽孔技術，具備處理多種敏感基材（如石墨、黃銅、鋁及不銹鋼）的能力，孔徑加工精度可達 0.03mm，並能將零件厚度和平整度控制在±0.005mm範圍內。
KAYWEI PRECISION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. was established in 2016 and is committed to providing innovative services in precision processing and design for the semiconductor industry.
The company specializes in micro-drilling technology and has the ability to process a variety of sensitive substrates (such as graphite, brass, aluminum and stainless steel).
The hole diameter processing accuracy can reach 0.03mm, and the thickness and flatness of the parts can be controlled to ±0.005mm. within the range.

• 新型 Singulation Saw治具：專為2x2mm封裝規格設計，改善Rubber表面抗沾黏性能並提升耐用性。
• Anti-stick coating technology: Effectively reduces process pollution and loss, and has been widely used in many semiconductor processes since 2019.
• New Singulation Saw jig: specially designed for 2x2mm packaging specifications, improving the anti-stick performance of the Rubber surface and increasing durability.

In addition, for pursuing comprehensive technical integration and exceptional service, KAYWEI PRECISION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. introduced nano-level anti-adhesion coating technology in 2019. This technology not only enhances the added value of its proprietary products but also further extends KAYWEI’s technical integration capabilities to both front-end and back-end semiconductor processes. Currently, the coating technology has been widely applied in major semiconductor manufacturers and successfully implemented in mass production.
